*Do not shower, swim or bathe with necklaces on.

*The scent of the Aromatherapy necklaces should be subtle but may affect your senses differently depending on several factors: 

#1 Lenth of time wearing the necklace: Our olfactory senses can get used to a scent if exposed for a varying length of time. You may wish to alter the length of wear time if this occurs. It is important to note that the 'high frequency' of the essential oils maintains their benefits even if your senses can at times, not smell them.

#2 If your senses are not used to the concentrated scent of essential oils, you may choose to limit the length of time of wearing the necklace at first. It is important to note that the benefits of the 'high frequencies' of the essential oils that are housed inside the necklace can also be enjoyed if placed in a pocket, car or any place you choose if wearing the 'scent' around your neck is too strong.
